An intimate group experience designed to build connection, trust and deeper exploration over time. An 8 week container of weekly Fire Circles.
We gather weekly to discuss topics ranging from; self-sabotage, shame and guilt, relationships to fear and avoidance, and utilize tools such as sound, vibration, ceremony and breath work to integrate and ground.
