A Different Way of Paying Attention

To your Mind, Body and Spirit

You can begin wherever you are

You do not need to have a clear intention before reaching out.

You may know exactly what you want to explore, or you may only know that something feels off.

You may be tired, curious, skeptical, hopeful, overwhelmed, or in the middle of a major transition.

You do not need a polished explanation.

You do not need a particular spiritual background.

You do not need to perform openness or arrive with the right vocabulary.

Bring your questions. Bring your uncertainty. Bring the part of you that is ready for something to shift, even if you cannot yet say what that shift should be.

I will bring the practices, preparation, and care.

We will pay attention to what emerges.

And you will remain the person who decides what it means.

Body, Mind, and Spirit

A decorative display includes a brown pitcher with a peacock feather and a white candle, in front of a large round object, possibly a clock or mirror, on a dark wood shelf.
