A place to find your people.
Milkweed Grove was created from the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. People are craving connection, belonging and spaces where they can show up authentically and keep showing up throughout all the ups and downs in their lives.
Our mission is simple, to create community-centered spaces to gather, connect, grow and to remember that none of us were meant to do this alone. Like the milkweed that creates shelter for transformation, the Grove exists to offer a safe haven where you can unfold into who you were always meant to be.
I am Heather Rose, my path to creating Milkweed Grove did not begin with a business plan. It was born through both lived experience and a deep commitment to healing. After enduring years of narcissistic abuse, isolation and trauma, I found myself searching for more than survival. I wanted connection, meaning, and to understand how to come home to myself again.
Through travel, medicine ceremonies, shamanic practices, intentional movement, sound healing and community, I discovered that healing is not a destination we arrive at alone. Some of the greatest shifts in my life happened in the spaces where people continued to show up for themselves and for each other, where I felt safe enough to be seen, and where I was reminded that I didn’t have to carry everything myself.
Today I am continuing my training in Shamanism, Plant medicine facilitation, and transformational practices while creating spaces rooted in authenticity, connection and community. I don’t claim to have all the answers. I believe each person carries their own wisdom within them. My role is to hold space, help guide the process, and create a safe container where people can explore, reconnect, and remember who they are.
